Commercial Learning Portals

The line "Wanna start a learning portal" reminds us of our childhood friends who asked, "Wanna put on a show?" The difference is that our shows came and went. The portals just morph and get acquired by other learning portal companies (or change names for the heck of it). Below you'll find a fairly long list of learning portals: sites that link to either an extensive collection of home-grown educational content or to the content and courses produced by other companies or individuals (a.k.a. aggrigators). We've surely missed a few, but from this lists you'll get a good sense of what's out there. Please let us know of other portals we should include here. Over time, we may add some descriptive text about each but for now, enjoy brainsurfing.
